How do I order?
Because all orders are custom and require unique pricing based on size, design, colors, complexity etc. Orders are placed by reaching me through facebook, email, or through the contact section of this website. Orders take a minimum of 2 weeks and should be placed well in advance of desired dates to ensure availability. During peak holiday periods, orders are limited due to time availability. Ordering sooner than later is better! Once the quote is approved full payment is required to secure your order.
How much do your cookies cost?
Because all orders are unique and customized costs vary. Please reach out with your desired outcome, design ideas and timing for a price on your order. Orders with a variety of different designs, colors or shapes would cost more than 12 cookies with the exact same design. You can expect to pay between $4 – 8 per cookie.
Why are the so expensive? They are only cookies...
A donut or muffin costs $2 and takes a machine no effort to produce. All of the Sweetacular Cookies are hand-made, hand designed, painted and iced and customized as per the customers desire. Each cookie from baking to icing to finishing with decorative coloring takes a considerable amount of time.
How many can I order? Is there a minimum?
You can order as many as you want! But a dozen cookies is the minimum order typically processed.
How long in advance do I need to order?
A soon as possible. A minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance of the order, but is heavily dependent on other orders in the queue, time of year ect.. I strongly recommend placing order 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Do you make gluten free cookies?
On occasion we can make special order gluten free cookies. Please inquire.
Do you ship?
For an additional shipping and packing fee we can ship out cookies. Please be aware due to shipping/handling there is the possibility of some damaged cookies even though they are individually securely wrapped.

Are there volume discounts for large orders?
Please inquire, but there are typically volume discounts for very large orders and orders where there are similar cookies.
